Aspect designs, develops and manufactures 1-Tesla desktop-size, high-resolution Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)-based systems for laboratories and pre-clinical Research Centers. These devices are used to perform in vivo imaging of small animals as well as in vitro studies. Additionally, Aspect is developing an MRI system for extremities applications on humans, with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (wrist) being the first medical application.
